Spa Credit Usage

• Includes 24 x $169 Spa Credits, issued monthly.

• Two (2) credits per month. Unused credits expire at month’s end and do not roll over (except where noted below).

• Each $169 credit may be applied toward full-price treatments of higher value as a partial payment.

• Two credits per month may be used per group (primary or shared member).

• Credits cannot be applied to:

  • Discounted treatments or promotion

  • Gratuities

  • Split between multiple appointments

  • Retail purchases

  • Active promotions:

    Credits may only be used toward full-price treatments during promotionaperiods.

Banking & Expiry

• Members may bank up to 2 credits once per calendar year, with advance approval required.

• Banked credits must be used within the membership year and cannot roll over into the next membership period.

Pool Access

• Unlimited access for the primary member

• One guest permitted at a time from registered list

• Booking required for all pool visits between 9:00 AM – 8:45 PM

• Book online, by phone, email, or in person

Membership Sharing

• The primary member may invite up to four (4) friends or family to link to their membership.

• Guests must:

  • Accept the invitation

  • Present their Vagaro app at check-in

• Only one guest may access the pool at a time, and only when accompanied by the primary member.

• Credits are non-transferable between members and guests.

Exclusive Benefits

• Receive exclusive monthly offers and invites to events.

• 10% off: Full-price retail, add-on services, and the primary food portion of the bill at The Pub or Arbutus (must show active membership in app or card).

Loyalty Points:

• Earn points on all services, including discounted ones

• Points redeemable only on selected full-price services.

• Points cannot be combined with credits or other discounts.

• Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for retail, events, or tickets.

Complimentary Drinks

• One complimentary drink (Prosecco, Red Wine, or Kombucha) is included with a booked treatment

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of that month's credit.

Communication Requirement

• Members must remain subscribed to SMS, email, and our monthly newsletter to receive ongoing perks, promotions, and updates.

Refund Policy

• All membership fees are non-refundable.

• Early cancellations do not result in partial refunds.

Code of Conduct

• All guests must maintain a respectful and courteous demeanour toward staff and other guests.

• Any inappropriate behaviour, including rudeness or misconduct, may result in immediate membership suspension without refund and possible permanent ban.

Fraud & Misuse

• Any fraudulent use or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of the membership, without refund

• The primary cardholder and associated guests may be permanently banned.

Policy Updates

• We reserve the right to change membership terms or pricing at any time.

• Continued use of your membership indicates agreement to the most recent terms.

Legal Notes

• This agreement may be enforced against your heirs or legal representatives.

• We may transfer our rights under this agreement without notice.

• You may not transfer your membership without written consent.

If you joined Platinum Membership before May 2025, you will have a one-time choice at your next renewal, choose from either:
