1. Term & Renewal

• The Gold Card is valid for six months from the date of purchase.

• Each term includes 6 spa credits valued at $185 each.

• Credits can be used anytime during the 6-month period but expire at the end of the term. Unused credits do not roll over.

• The Gold Card auto-renews every six months unless cancelled in writing prior to renewal.

2. Credits & Usage

• Credits are valid toward services on the Gold Card Menu only.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

• One credit may be gifted to a friend or family member if booked under the cardholder’s account.

• Upgrades, add-ons, or higher-value services are payable at checkout.

3. Pool Access & Guest Passes

• Pool and hot tub access is included up to 10 times per month for the cardholder.

• Advance booking is required; walk-in use is not permitted.

• Guest passes are available at the discounted rate of $15, with a maximum of 2 per month (12 total per term).

4. Additional Benefits

• A complimentary glass of prosecco or kombucha is included with each spa visit when taking a treatment.

• Gold Card holders receive 10% off additional full-price spa treatments, retail purchases, and dining in the Arbutus Room & Pub.

5. Booking & Cancellation

• All appointments must be booked from the Gold Card Menu in Vagaro.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or missed appointments will incur a $50 fee. (reduced from $75 regular fee)

• Same-day cancellations cannot be refunded or credited back.

6. Conduct & Etiquette

• Brentwood Bay Spa maintains a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness, harassment, or disruptive behaviour.

• Mobile phones and devices must be silenced and stored; calls, photos, and recordings are not permitted in spa areas.

• Guests are asked to respect the spa’s quiet atmosphere at all times.

• Breaches of conduct may result in cancellation of the Gold Card without refund.

7. Limitations

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

• Benefits, inclusions, and pricing are subject to change at the spa’s discretion.

• The Gold Card is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual cardholder.

Your Renewal Rate
As a thank-you for your loyalty, your first renewal will be offered at a one-time rate of $899. All subsequent renewals will continue at the standard Gold Card rate of $945 per six months.
