As Spa Manager, you will lead the daily operations of Brentwood Bay Spa and ensure a calm, intentional, and high-touch guest experience. You’ll support a talented team, uphold wellness standards, and contribute to the success of a spa known for its calming atmosphere and thoughtful guest experience. Your leadership helps create an environment where guests feel cared for and the team feels supported and inspired to do their best work.

Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard
Lead and support coordinators, attendants, estheticians, massage therapists, and wellness practitioners
Monitor guest satisfaction, support issue resolution, and uphold a warm and personalised experience
Maintain room readiness, ambience, cleanliness, and smooth service flow throughout the spa
Manage scheduling, payroll preparation, and daily staffing needs
Oversee inventory, purchase orders, stock counts, and month-end reconciliation
Use the spa booking system for bookings, packages, memberships, reporting, and inventory functions
Support marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and special events
Collaborate with resort departments to ensure cohesive operations across the property
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and WorkSafeBC requirements
Assist with budget oversight, cost control, payroll efficiency, and revenue performance
Provide weekly and monthly reporting on revenue, payroll, expenditures, guest satisfaction, and team wellbeing
Contribute to SOP development, team training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Foster a calm, kind, and collaborative culture that reflects the Brentwood Bay Resort values

Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role
Strong understanding of spa services, treatment flow, and wellness offerings, with the ability to support staff and guide guests with confidence

Experience managing labour budgets, scheduling, inventory controls, month-end reconciliation, and basic financial reporting

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with reliable follow-through on operational tasks and standards
Effective written and verbal communication skills

This role offers a competitive starting salary ranging from $56,000–$62,000 annually with three weeks of paid vacation per year
