At the midpoint, a 15-minute venik ritual is performed using birch branches immersed in crushed ice, gently brushed and tapped over the body to create a sharp contrast between cold and heat, stimulating circulation and deepening the sauna effect.

The ritual concludes with a final return to the sauna before transitioning into a 60-minute full-body massage using hydrating yuzu body oil, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to fully absorb the benefits of the thermal work.
